UG777 is an online gaming platform which holds a legal business license in the Republic of the Philippines. This platform is protected and restricted by the laws relevant to it. Before registering an account into the platform, the user must first read these terms and conditions as the user will be interpreted to have agreed to these upon registration and continuous use and will be bound to these terms and any penalties for non-compliance.

Trading Agreement

In order to avoid any disputes when using the services of the platform, all users must carefully read the terms and conditions set by the platform before participating in the website. Account Security

The individual user is solely responsible for the security of their respective accounts and any user logged into an account, regardless of whether the actual user is logged in or not, will be interpreted as the owner of the registered account. Any and all activities transacted during any period will be considered as valid and done through the agency of the actual user. The platform will not be liable for any compensation.

It is the user’s responsibility to secure their login credentials and to advise customer support should their login credentials be compromised. The user is advised to regularly change their passwords to beef up their security and help reduce the chances of breaches on the user’s end from happening.

Betting Related Terms and Conditions

Any bets that fail to be submitted successfully will be deemed invalid
If the platform does not draw the prize for a particular game or the prize reflected is incorrect, the platform will refund the prize received by the victim account and be provided once more based on the actual reward
In the event of a data loss event due to force majeure, hacker attacks, or network problems, the platform will dictate the final resolution on any damages
The platform will record all user transactions and any disputes regarding said transactions will be resolved based on the recorded transaction

Betting-related Penalty

If the platform discovers that a user has placed bets using unfair means, including the use of plug-ins or allowing unauthorized individuals to participate in the platform through their account, the platform reserves the right to cancel all bets placed using these means. Additionally, the user will be at-risk of getting their account terminated as a penalty for playing using unfair means.

Unfair means also include exploitation of loopholes, malicious use of loopholes, and cheating through third-party software.

Account Registration Rejections

Any user that is detected and determined to have repeatedly applied for an account will be subject to the platform’s rights to cancel or reject the application and to terminate all accounts registered to the offending user.

To mitigate the risk of registering multiple accounts, the platform will record all registered usernames, full names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers, payment methods, and IP addresses. This is done to closely monitor which accounts are registered with what credentials and prevent users from successfully registering and verifying new accounts.

Real Money Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

To prevent bad actors from committing illegal activities, including laundering money, all deposits must be rolled over at least once before the user will be allowed to withdraw the deposited funds.

Permitted Users and Identity Verification

The platform will require all registered users to provide supporting documents as needed to verify their identities. This is to ensure that the user is permitted to participate in the platform by possessing the following qualifications:

Any user who fails to provide documents to verify their identities will be hampered from further participating in the platform by withholding funds within the platform or eventual account termination should no activities also be detected for an extended period of time.
